Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At ZM Wear, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your apparel purchase, we are here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your T-shirt or hoodie must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Free from any stains, odors, or signs of wear.

  • In its original packaging with all brand tags fully attached.


Return Process & Self-Shipping

We operate on a Self-Shipping model for all returns and exchanges. This means you will be responsible for booking and paying for your own shipping services to send the item back to us.

  1. Initiate the Request: Email us at contact@zmwear.in with your order number and proof of purchase to notify us of your return.

  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the T-shirt or hoodie in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the Parcel: Mail your product to our facility in Karnataka, India (our team will provide the exact localized shipping address via email).

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Shipping costs are completely non-refundable.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned parcel, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit by your courier.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the garment.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay before a refund appears.

If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@zmwear.in.


Exchanges

We only replace T-shirts or hoodies if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size of the exact same style. If you need to make an exchange, email us at contact@zmwear.in so we can verify stock availability and guide you through the self-shipping exchange process.
